Meet Bobby, our Service Channel Manager. Bobby helps lead the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring customers receive fast, reliable, and professional support when they need it most.

From coordinating technicians and improving response times to helping maintain a high standard of customer care, Bobby plays a major role in keeping our service operations running efficiently. From operational strategy and reporting to customer experience, process development, and department coordination, Alex plays a major role in helping the company scale while maintaining a strong focus on service and accountability. Known for a hands-on leadership style and problem-solving mindset, Alex works closely with ownership, office staff, and field teams to improve workflows, strengthen communication, and support long-term growth.
